Uzbekistan and Korea expressed their intension to cooperate in the sphere of tourism by signing the mutual agreement on September 20, 2012 in Seoul. This year will be first introduced the theme of "medical tourism". In addition, the fair will feature topics such as "Information Technology in Tourism", "Hotels and accommodation facilities," "Transportation" and "Insurance" in Uzbekistan.

Ulak-Kupkari -traditional horse riding competition in Uzbekistanwill be held on March 25th, 2012 where the bravest and deftest riders will be competing for ulak – the goat. The Championship will be followed by mass game with participation of about 1000 amateur riders.
